Terms of Use, Exchange, Return and Refund

Service Provision

The client will have access to Oto.Live’s services after payment confirmation and the provision of the necessary event information. The service includes a personalized website and a proprietary AI-powered photo distribution system, which will be made available within 24 hours after payment is completed.


Authorization for Use of Images and Videos

By using Oto.Live’s services, the client explicitly authorizes the display of their own photos and videos, for which they hold the rights, for the purpose of covering their events and promoting Oto.Live’s services. The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the content uploaded to the platform and guarantees they hold all necessary rights to share such images.


Client Responsibility

The client assumes full responsibility for the coverage of their events, including obtaining all necessary authorizations and rights to use images and videos, as well as compliance with third-party payment policies. The client also acknowledges they are solely responsible for the content uploaded to the platform and guarantees they have the rights to share such content.


Oto.Live Liability Disclaimer

Oto.Live is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property violations resulting from the client’s misuse of images or videos. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Oto.Live harmless from any such claims. Oto.Live is also not responsible for any content uploaded by users to the platform.


Contract Termination

Oto.Live reserves the right to terminate the contract with the client in the event of any violation of third-party payment policies or the terms of use established by Oto.Live. Oto.Live also reserves the right to remove any content that violates its terms of use or payment policies.


Exchange Policy

Once a service and plan are selected, it is not possible to exchange it for another service. However, clients may request a change of the event date. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, provided that no photos have been processed by the system.


Cancellation Policy

The client may request service cancellation at any time. If no photos have been processed, a full (100%) refund will be issued. However, if the system has been used to process any photos, the service is non-refundable.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within one business day after the request. However, the time for the refund to appear on the client’s credit card statement may vary depending on the issuing bank.
